About Marlo Laubscher Attorneys

A boutique law firm in Paarl, practising since 2006. Small enough that you deal with the person handling your matter.

More than 20 years in practice

The firm was established in 2006, when Marlo Laubscher commenced practice for his own account in Wellington. Since 2012 it has practised independently in Paarl as Marlo Laubscher Attorneys.

Some of the clients who came to us at the start are still with us, and that is the part we are proudest of.

What kind of firm this is

Boutique, and deliberately so.

We are three people. When you contact the firm you deal directly with an attorney who can actually help you, and you keep dealing with that person until the matter is finished.

You get the same person for the whole matter, reachable directly, who remembers your circumstances without opening the file first. That is what keeping the firm small is for.

What we believe

Your story matters

Not the file number and not the matter type. People come to us in the middle of something difficult, and being treated as a person rather than an instruction is the least of what they should expect.

Say it plainly

You should understand your own legal position, in ordinary language, including the parts that are not in your favour.
