Tell us what you are dealing with.

Your first consultation is free. When you contact our office you deal directly with the attorney who will handle your matter.

Please do not include confidential details in this first message.

Before you get in touch

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The initial consultation is at no charge and is used to establish what the matter involves, whether we have a conflict, and whether we are the right firm for it.

How do you charge?

Most transactional work is quoted as a fixed fee or a capped fee against a written scope. Litigation is hourly with a budget by phase. You approve the scope before work begins.

Do you take matters outside your practice areas?

Rarely. If your matter sits outside the six areas we practise in, we will say so and refer you to a firm that handles it properly.

What should I not put in the form?

Anything genuinely confidential. Until we have cleared conflicts and signed an engagement letter, no attorney–client relationship exists and communications are not privileged.
